Matthew Norsen

Matt is a Safety and Compliance Manager and is responsible to drive the safety culture at Sessler Environmental Services and implement all appropriate measures to ensure that the health and safety of the company’s employees are protected. He promotes a safe work environment and ensures that the company site-specific health and safety plan is being implemented. Matt provides employees with current training opportunities in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and all corporate and division policies and procedures.

Matt is a combat veteran; having served in the Army and Army Reserves for 25 years and comes to Sessler Environmental Services with many years of general and construction industry experience.

Matt currently lives in East Bloomfield, New York, and enjoys spending time with his family.  When not at work, Matt enjoys home and yard projects and working on his classic car. Matt is an active member of the American Legion, VFW and the Wounded Warrior Project.
