Project Highlights:

• Large-scale interior & select demolition and abatement project of a historical dormitory building.
• Removed an incinerator, demolished a six-story chimney above the roof line, and two large fireplaces.
• Abated and demolished 172,000 SF of plaster ceilings, along with 620,572 SF of plaster walls and two elevator systems.
• Recycled 520 tons of metal and 2,920 tons of concrete, contributing to LEED Certification.
