Project Highlight! Crawlspace Encapsulation of Asbestos Soils

SES was hired to provide asbestos abatement and encapsulation of asbestos-contaminated soils within multiple crawlspaces. We were tasked with removing asbestos from piping systems, collection and management of contaminated water, and removal of any visible hazardous debris. We then filled the crawlspace with a flowable fill concrete-mix to encapsulate the remaining soil as well as to provide easy access for any future work. There were significant space restrictions, so in order to complete this job, we had to use specialized equipment and removal methods.
