Sessler Environmental Services Acquires O’Rourke’s Construction Division

Sessler Environmental Services (SES), a leading environmental contracting company, has acquired the construction division of O’Rourke Incorporated as of June 11, 2024.
Founded in 2016, SES is one of New York’s largest environmental services contractors, offering services like abatement, remediation, demolition, and industrial cleaning. This acquisition adds a new branch location in Owego, N.Y., expanding SES’s reach.
O’Rourke Incorporated, established in 1994, specializes in environmental remediation and demolition. Tim O’Rourke, with over 30 years of experience, and his team will join SES, bringing their expertise to the company. The new Owego branch will continue to provide high-quality remediation and abatement services.
