Roman Iwaskiw

Roman Iwaskiw is the Operations Manager; responsible for overseeing project planning, regulatory compliance, resource and budget management, client communication, health and safety management, and team management.

He has over 20 years of industry experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining SES in 2017, Roman worked for multiple environmental and construction companies in various roles. He received his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Temple University.

Roman resides in Ontario, NY with his wife and three children. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and camping.
