Tim O’Rourke

Tim O’Rourke is a Senior Project Manager; he is responsible for the entire project from estimation to completion. His responsibilities encompass attending pre-bid meetings, sourcing and managing subcontractors, selecting materials and equipment, preparing work plans, safety plans, project schedules, change orders, and cost tracking.

Tim has over 30 years of diverse industrial and consulting experience in project management, hazardous waste remediation, hazardous materials abatement, demolition, and construction safety. Prior to joining SES in 2024, Tim was the president and founder of O’Rourke Incorporated, an environmental services contracting business.

Tim received his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Toxicology from Clarkson University. He holds a certification in the Comprehensive Practice of Industrial Hygiene from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene.

Tim resides in Owego, NY with his wife, Bethany; they have two adult daughters, Makenzie and Addison. When not working, Tim enjoys snow skiing, boating on Cayuga Lake, watching and attending college football games, and spending time with family and friends.
