SES was hired to provide abatement and remediation services for nine senior-living facilities in Southern Western New York, each requiring customized solutions. After receiving an environmental assessment and scope of work, SES conducted asbestos and mold abatement, post-construction cleaning, and COVID-19 sanitation.

To ensure resident occupancy during renovations, SES implemented temporary relocations and thorough unit sanitization before new occupants moved in. Effective coordination among multiple trades was vital to meet the project schedule and facilitate transitions between temporary and renovated units.

Upon completing each scope of work, the client and monitoring firm inspected the areas to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Subsequently, other trades took over to complete the renovation work.
